At Perfume Box, we want you to find your perfect signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unopened fragrance within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on products that remain in their original, sealed cellophane packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Fragrance
Securely place the unopened perfume in its original brand box and use protective cushioning to prevent glass breakage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
