Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on Perfume Box are 100% original and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the brands themselves.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do you offer samples or decants?
We currently offer a 'Discovery Set' program where you can purchase curated 2ml samples to test a fragrance on your skin before committing to a full-sized bottle.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%) and lasts longer, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (5-15%) and ideal for daytime wear.
